| Program | The jubilee concert sums up 20 years of Baltic Sea Festivals and everything they have meant to the region. Co-founder and conductor laureate of the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra, Esa-Pekka Salonen, leads the orchestra, the Swedish Radio Choir and Eric Ericson Chamber Choir in a magnificent concert in which Mahler’s second symphony takes the audience on a journey, from the opening funeral march to the optimistic finale. The pre-concert talk will be focusing on the festival’s past and future, and what we can do to save the sea that unites us.
